Magnetic particle crack detector (on line)

Sliding magnetic particle crack detectors (online) cover a wide range of applications in automotive, machine manufacturing, shipbuilding, and aircraft industries, etc. The test method is non-contact. These devices can detect all longitudinal and transverse cracks in one step. These devices are manufactured in accordance with ASTM E1444 and are able to demagnetize. This series of devices are used for special parts whose shape are not regular geometrically. The length, size, and number of parts are not significant in this series of devices and they cover a wide range of products. It should be mentioned that the roller of the device is defined and manufactured with regard to the type of part.
